We had an amazing time at We Uniq Hotel El Carmen Adults Only. The communication with the concierge and event coordinators, Isabelle and Elena, was top-notch, making our stay hassle-free. The attention to detail in the hotel's cleanliness and overall aesthetic was impressive. The included breakfast, especially the delicious huevos rancheros, was a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the in-room couples massage, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff, especially José and Santos, provided exceptional service and were always attentive to our needs. We can't wait to come back and stay at this hotel again!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was right next to the sand and close to all the major attractions of the city center. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room was both stylish and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was light but delicious, and the hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool bar, offered stunning views of the idyllic beach.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Playa, right on the seaside. The location was perfect, with the Keel restaurant offering delicious breakfast options and a stunning view of the sand. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, where I could relax and enjoy the good energy and music. a great hotel experience.

the rooms are beautifully designed and the private facilities are exceptional. the restaurant offers excellent cuisine and the poolside snack bar is a delightful addition. the staff is friendly and provides great service.
The only issue we had was the low water pressure in the shower. this hotel provides a wonderful location advantage, and it's perfect for those adults looking to relax.
